PAINESVILLE – Today, the Lugar Center and Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy released a non-partisan ranking measuring the degree to which members of Congress worked across party lines in 2019. Despite a majority of House members ranking below the historical average, Congressman Dave Joyce of Ohio’s 14th Congressional District ranked 40th out of 437 members, earning a spot in the top 10% of today’s most bipartisan members of Congress.
