Collecting big bucks from political action committees during the first quarter of 2013 helped newly elected GOP Rep. Dave Joyce outstrip the fundraising tally from his potential Democratic challenger Michael Wager.

Joyce, who is among the Democratic party’s top political targets next year, collected $172.500 from political action committees and $61,700 from individuals this year to finish the quarter with a $463,374 bankroll, newly filed Federal Election Commission reports show.
